My Name is Susan Cummings. I have had a passion for baking since I could pull up a chair and reach the kitchen counter. I have been creating custom cakes for 11 years. I really got into it when my twins had their 1st birthday. From there I began making cakes for everyone I knew. Eventually I decided to make it my career. So, it was off to The Culinary Institute of Alain and Marie Lenotre. I had a great teacher, Chef Philippe Richard, whom I have much respect for. I earned my diploma in baking and pastry with a gold medal in June of '07. Since attending culinary school I have also taken some continuing education classes. Including a class w/ Bronwen Weber, you may have seen her on The Food Network. Now, here I am, ready to create the cake of your dreams!!
